9 Days Unforgettable Tanzania National Parks and Zanzibar Beach

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our friendly safari coordinator will warmly welcome you to Tanzania. You’ll be transferred in a comfortable, private vehicle to your accommodation at Arusha Planet Lodge. Take time to unwind and settle in after your journey. A detailed pre-safari briefing will be provided either during the drive or once you’ve arrived at the lodge, giving you an overview of the exciting adventure ahead. Dinner is included for your first night in Arusha.

After an early breakfast at your lodge, your safari adventure begins as you drive towards Tarangire National Park, famous for its ancient baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Enjoy a full-day game drive, exploring the park’s diverse landscapes and spotting a variety of wildlife including lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and countless bird species.

In the late afternoon, after a day of thrilling wildlife viewing, proceed to Karatu for overnight at the charming Kudu Lodge. Relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere of the lodge, surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Start your day with an early breakfast at the lodge, then descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. As the largest intact volcanic caldera on Earth, the Crater hosts an incredible density of wildlife, offering a chance to spot the Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the elusive black rhino. Enjoy close-up encounters with animals like wildebeest, zebras, and hyenas amidst the Crater’s diverse landscapes.

After a full morning of wildlife viewing and picnic lunch inside the Crater, you’ll ascend the crater rim and proceed with your journey towards the endless plains of the Serengeti National Park, enjoying game viewing along the way.

Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Wildebeest Camp

After an early breakfast, set out for a full day of game drives in Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife destinations. The Serengeti Plains are world-renowned for their endless landscapes and abundant wildlife. Spend the day exploring different regions of the park, following the Great Migration (seasonal), and seeking out the Big Five – lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, and more.

Expect thrilling wildlife encounters with species like cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and a variety of birdlife. Your expert safari guide will help track the animals and take you to the best wildlife viewing spots.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot in the park and continue your afternoon safari adventure. Later, return to you camp,

Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Wildebeest Camp

After breakfast at your camp, enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, capturing last glimpses of Tanzania’s diverse wildlife. Later, transfer to the nearest Serengeti airstrip for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar Island. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the Serengeti Plains and the sparkling waters of the Indian Ocean. Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, our representative will meet you for a private transfer to your beachside accommodation at Dream of Zanzibar. Spend the rest of the day relaxing by the white sandy beaches.

Time to spend precious time at one of the best beaches in the world. You will spend these days relaxing at the beach hotel. Any other activities and tours can be arranged is; including Spice Plantation, Stonetown tour, the Dolphin tour a tour of Prison Island or Jozani forest depending on your preferences. The safari blue or a sunset dhow ride is also other activities that can be arranged.

Breakfast at the hotel then spend time at the hotel (with check out time at 10.00 hrs), then depending on your schedule you will be transferred to the Zanzibar airport for your flight back home. Day room can be arranged at extra cost.
